A self summary of myself would probably be better written by someone who knows me, but here's what I do know of myself, for sure.

- I'm immature, though I have rather firm morals and beliefs on things. Open minded, and constantly learning, maturity to me comes with being a man. (While others have their beliefs of what makes a woman, or man, as do I. :))

- I love to joke, and I pretty much have to surround myself that love to laugh. If you love to laugh at silly things, not-so silly things (but realize the absurdity of them) and in general look at how humankind is about one of the most fallible things you can see on this green planet, you'll love to hang out with me.

- I'm fairly encased in a typical atmosphere. I've done a LOT of things in my lifetime, but that doesn't mean they're all amazingly stupendous and the sum of my lifetime. I love to do things out of the norm, regardless of the fact I live in a little, historical town with little else to do then down-and-out bars. (The other day I helped make steel armor for the first time in my life.)

- I love to talk about profound things, whether I differ in opinion, or I agree on every opinion. I talk my mind, and I don't hide my opinions unless I feel it'll spark unnecessary amounts of friction. I enjoy talking about things that would normally cause such debate to be discussed out loud. Religion? Sure. Bible's a good guideline at times, but needs more concrete. Pregnancy? Anyone's body is their own. If they can't handle it, they could probably use the lesson, if not help. Astronomy? I like the idea that one day people would continue to enjoy zombie-based entertainment while on the terra-formed surface of Mars.

- I love to get out and do things AND stay home. I don't find it embarrassing to say I'm 23 and live with my family, because I haven't been the most fortunate member of my group, I haven't had a mother or father who could pay for college, or a car for me, and I just plain love my brothers, father, and mother. I stay at home, joke with them and make fun of them. I scold them and argue with them, and I have more than enough stuff here to keep most people interested, because I collect a lot random pieces of pop culture. However, when I go out, I enjoy doing just about anything that isn't downright dumb or destructive. It's pretty easy for me to get out and do something, and if I get bored? I can find something to do.

- I enjoy living life and making people happy. That's it. If it's within my power, I'll do most things that don't obviously put me in trouble with the law, and that's the way I am. I have several very close, and near movie-like representations of best friends, and I intend to stick to them for the next few decades I'm alive. I love them and I'd die for them if needed be, and that's just the kind of loyalty I have to those I know I can really trust.

- I'm easy going and probably more lax then I should be about certain topics. Sometimes you can read through me, while other times people often assume completely wrong about me. I don't worry so much about how others trespass, but rather how to prevent misconception and lack of understanding. It's pretty easy to, with a language like English, believe it or not, and I'm still not 100% sure how people can take such (frankly amazingly digressed) context from mere written text at times.

- I'm frequently between work. I have been since I dropped out of High School in 03. I went to a trade school and got my HSD, and failed to achieve my A+ there, but I haven't the best form of luck when it comes to jobs. This, to me naturally means I should be gracious and I am when anyone offers anything and politely decline so many offers to help here and there. I dislike mooching, and if I was available to, would spend money on lots of things people needed, versus what I want, these days. (as in older times, I spent my money on less-required things)

I don't really like talking about myself, but how else are you going to get to know me? It's not easy to get to know me. I am a recent graduate from the University of Florida with a degree in Public Relations. I am fresh back from teaching English in South Korea for the past 6 1/2 months, and I am trying to find a niche again.

Howdy, I've been called easy going to a fault, able to roll with whatever life throws at me and come out the other side with a hell of a story to tell in the bar. I can walk into any room and own it. I am working part time. It's not the best job in the world but it will do for now. lol. Im the type of person that would rather be lost in the woods than stuck in a big city. I have a tendency to be a little bit crazy but only to an extent. I will push all the "buttons" i can but not if i will get in trouble. Im a full time student and i just started playin softball regularly. Its the first sport ive played since i was 8 so its really good to be doin sports again.

About me....
I guess you could call me the strong/quiet type. I'm independent and put all of my trust into a person until they prove otherwise. I like to have thought provoking conversations and if I don't have something intelligent to say, I usually won't speak at all. I am well educated and have clear goals.

I can be quite sarcastic, and that's a large part of my dry humor. I like saying things that catch people off guard, so I usually shock people I've just met until they learn not to take me seriously. I work very hard to be as good as possible at my hobbies. Ultimately, I see myself inventing something ingenious and riding the cash train out. :)

What I do for fun.....
I like to try new things and don't mind going out of my comfort zone. I like being outdoors, but I don't mind staying in either. I go to bars that have live music because I find it more entertaining than a club atmosphere. Strange or not, I really like people watching (no, not in a creepy way!). I like working on cars and I just got a new house so I'm sure plenty of work will go into making it my own. I play the drums and enjoy watching/learning from other musicians. If I were to pick a favorite activity, I would choose concerts. I make it to the gym at least a few times a week because the natural high I get after I'm done is addicting. I just bought a motorcycle, though I've owned several throughout the years, and I like meeting up with groups to ride here, there, and everywhere there are turns.

Well, here goes... My name is Andrew and I'm currently at UF doing Computer Engineering. I hail from a painfully small town called DeLand, FL -- near to Daytona Beach if you don't know where it is.
I like to think that I'm realistic and logical when the situation calls for it, but when I want to have fun, I'm adventurous and a little reckless ;-) It's one of my greatest fears to lead a boring, uneventful life. That being said, I enjoy many outdoors activities like camping, kayaking, rock/mountain climbing, etc. I try to remain as open minded as I can and I am always willing to try new things, as long as they aren't too stupid, creepy, or gross.

I enjoy cooking and am good at making a variety of different foods - mainly stir fries, Mexican food, Italian food, some French pastries, and basic American (grilling mainly).

I also enjoy working with computers (I'm a Computer Engineer), surfing teh interwebs, reading, video games, working out, whether it be swimming, martial arts, or weightlifting, and a lot more....

I enjoy traveling and visiting as many new places as possible, though I have only been to a few places outside the country: Scotland, Sweden, Denmark, and Puerto Rico. Inside the country, I've been to California, Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Texas, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and most of the South East.

As for ethnicity, I'm Italian, Irish, French, and Lebanese. There's also a little Swiss thrown in too, but it gets drowned out ;-p

I am a sarcastic girl, who knows how to handle herself; independent, and secure. I love socializing and am always up to go to a party, a bar or a club (as long as I don't have a paper to write!), because most times, I can dance :) However, I have a sense of discretion and am probably one of the most straightlaced girls you will ever meet.

I am a self-confessed geek in many ways... I'm a fan of fantasy, anime, comics and some sci-fi. My newest obsession is Star Trek. I recently spent twelve days in China traveling with a group from my University. We visited Beijing, Shanghai, and Suzhou. It was one of the most interesting and exciting experiences I've ever had. I honestly loved it there and I hope to return someday.

Currently I am studying in Freiburg, Germany for four more weeks. When I am done here my best friend and I are backpacking through Europe. I'm very excited about the next two months. I know I'm going to have an amazing time and come back changed for the better.

I'm usually not too good about writing about myself, but I just had a tangelo this evening and feeling pretty confident to put down some good words about myself.

My name is Quentin. I'm a pretty laid back guy looking to meet a great girl on here. I'm not too old yet, just 27, I have a steady job of 4 years, a paid off truck and just moved into a house in Orange City in January of this year. I do all the cooking, cleaning, house maintenance, and yard work all by my little lonesome. Who would have a thought a house could be so much work huh? lol

I have interests in a ton of things, it's really hard to narrow all of them down. I enjoy movies, photography, working on my truck, home renovation, computers, rally racing (not on anymore though), science, nature, camping, the lists goes on and on. I'm basically a jack of all trades master of none type of guy.

I don't get out much, but when I do I enjoy going to the movies and having a few drink at a bar or something. I'm not a fan of smoke, but I'll deal with it if the bar is cool enough. I don't go to clubs and don't care to either. Don't get me wrong, I like techno music (well old techno), but clubs just aren't my thing. I'd rather have a six pack of hard cider and sitting on the couch together watching something interesting on TV, or just listening to some music in the background.

I am a caring person but very independent. I enjoy life and doing new things. I am from Rhode Island so enjoy all seafood, antiques, sports especially the Red Sox. Looking for a person who wants to share a loving relationship and is trustworthy, honest, and caring.

I'm not typical. I see so many people trying to fit into a mold and they have no idea that they're even doing it. I'm not how you expect someone to be, but if you've had the same experiences with the general public that I have, that's a good thing. I try to give everyone a chance, but they usually only get one. I can be slow to open up, but once I feel comfortable I have no problem making myself heard. I can come off as quiet, but it's just that I don't talk just to hear myself. I enjoy intelligent conversation and intelligent people, so long as they also have a good sense of humor to keep things entertaining.

I'm vegetarian and atheist. I don't drink or smoke, but if you do, that's cool. I don't get pushy about my views. I enjoy talking to people with different outlooks, so don't be put off by my choices. It's all about respect.

I love movies, music of *almost* any kind, and some TV. I have a PS3 and love GTA IV. I also love geeky things like DDR, LOTR, and the Dark Tower series.

I'm that guy who, whenever someone asks, "Hey, who sang that song?" or, "What was the name of that movie/tv show?" or, "Who was the guy that played that guy?", I know the answer. I love trivia and enjoy going to restaurants that host trivia nights. But don't think that my knowledge ends at pop culture. I love to read, and once I finish one book, I immediately start another. Writing and the English language inspire me, and I enjoy crosswords and other word puzzles. A large vocabulary is a definite turn-on for me.

I have two jobs, neither of which gives me much interaction with people in my own age group. I work at a thrift store and tutor at an elementary school, so if I'm not surrounded by senior citizens, I'm knee deep in nine-year-olds.

I have grown bored here. I don't know where I'm going but I'm on my way. I have an eclectic taste in music. I like creating....drawing and film making are my preferred arts. I have recently been on a travelling kick and would like to continue this. I'm a fan of Andy Kaufman, Tom Green and Mr. Show. I enjoy entertaining and whiskey....usually together but not in that order.

I love conversation. Doesn't always matter what we're talking about, as long as we can have fun talking and feel comfortable doing it. I've always wanted to be an race car driver lol mostly b/c my dad owned a race track for over 25yrs lol I'm a big fan of outdoors lol - I love the beach and playing football. . I also really love watching movies, especially with someone who loves watching them as well. I like all kinds of movies from science fiction to romantic comedies. I think any movie that can move me emotionally in any way is awesome. I really appreciate a sense of humor and I think more than anything that is most important to me personality-wise. I really like traveling anywhere, especially to visit a friend, and I love going out to eat just as much. Just recently, I've become really interested in cooking and I love doing it (Top Chef and Food Network have become surprisingly much more entertaining to me). It's such a good feeling to cook a meal for someone and have them enjoy really relaxing for me. I'm a big Mets fan more than any other team or sport, but I really like football as well. My family is really important to me. I'm very close with my two younger brothers and my parents. I like to think that I'm laid back, but I do have my sensitive subjects. I really love to listen to someone who want to open up to me, whether it's the most trivial of things to something more serious. I guess that goes back to how much I like conversation. I will always be there for someone I care about as long as they are there for me.
